Product Review Collaboration Terms
1. Product Review Fee:
– Fee: This fee covers the time and effort required to create a high-quality, in-depth review.
– Payment Terms: Payment must be made via on this page before the review is published.
2. Product Provision:
– The company must provide the product free of charge for review purposes. The product will not be returned unless otherwise agreed upon.
– The company is responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or additional expenses related to delivering the product to me.
3. Review Timelines:
– I will complete the review within 3 weeks of receiving the product.
– If the product requires extensive testing, the timeline may be extended upon mutual agreement.
4. Review Format:
– The review will be presented in the format of a YouTube video on MrDIY channel and will cover key aspects such as product features, performance, and overall impressions.
– The length and depth of the review will be determined by the complexity of the product and its relevance to my audience.
5. Honest Feedback:
– I maintain complete editorial independence in my reviews. The review will be honest and reflect my true opinion, regardless of compensation or product value.
– I do not guarantee a positive review, as integrity and trust with my audience are paramount.
6. Approval and Sponsorship:
– If the company wishes to sponsor the content beyond the product review (e.g., integration into a video), this will be negotiated separately.
– I will share a preview of the video with the company before publication. While the company may review it, they will not have final approval or influence over editorial decisions. I am, however, open to correcting any factual inaccuracies to ensure the content is accurate.
7. Disclosure:
– In compliance with legal and platform guidelines, I will clearly disclose that the product was provided for free and/or that I was compensated for the review.
– The company agrees to these terms and acknowledges that the review will be marked as sponsored content.
8. Exclusivity:
– No exclusivity is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon. I reserve the right to review similar products from competing brands.
