Regrettably, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the purchased item is defective and remains unaltered. Should you receive a defective item, kindly reach out to [email protected], providing details of the product and its defect.
Upon receiving the returned product, a thorough examination will be conducted, and you will be promptly notified via email regarding your eligibility for a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued using the original method of payment.
Please be aware that refunds exclude any shipping and handling charges indicated on the invoice. Prepaid shipping charges, along with insurance, are your responsibility for all returns. Any loss or damage to the hardware during transit is your liability. Notably, refunded amounts will not cover shipping costs.
If an order is cancelled for any reason before it is shipped , a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that our responsibility for your package ends once the courier confirms delivery. We are not liable if the courier marks the package as delivered but you do not receive it. In such cases, please contact your local courier for further investigation or, if necessary, file a theft report with your local police.
If a refund is requested due to the order being returned because of an incorrect address, missing unit number, unclaimed shipment, or rejection upon delivery, the refunded amount will be deducted by the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee once the item is returned.
